Maria Łapińska jest absolwentką Prawa Uniwersytetu Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie. Ukończyła także studia podyplomowe na Politechnice Lubelskiej – kierunek Zarządzanie i Marketing oraz posiada tytuł MBA Uniwersytetu w Illinoi oraz Polsko-Amerykańskiego Instytutu Zarządzania.

Maria Łapińska graduated from the Law Department of Lublin Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, as well as postgraduate studies on marketing and management from the Polish-American Institute of Management and an MBA from the University of Illinois and Lublin University of Technology.

She is an experienced leader with a proven track record of successes as a leader and manager of large and small teams working in marketing, sales, market access, public affairs, and medical, especially in very challenging environments where a combination of several skills is needed.
Ms Łapińska is skilled in working in several specific areas: diabetes, rare diseases, hematology, oncology, endocrinology: growth hormone, rheumatology, immunology, dermatology, neurology, psychiatry, and many others, especially with drugs financed via drug programs or national programs financed directly by the Ministry of Health.
She has a wealth of knowledge regarding hospital business, public procurement law, and the pharma distributors market in Poland.

Thanks to the positions she has held as General Manager, Business Unit Manager, and others connected to life sciences in international companies (Pfizer, Sanofi, Sandoz, NovoNordisk), Maria Łapińska has represented companies in contact with government representatives such as the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship, and the National Health Fund, as well as a number of non-governmental organizations, for over 15 years.
